Arrival to Miami  - All guests were asked to book into Miami International Airport (MIA).  This is the only location that any type of services will be provided for EPE guests.  If you booked any other means of transportation or location, you must make your own arrangements. If you booked through Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), you may take the train from the FLL airport to the MIA airport and catch the EPE shuttle. Informaiton on the Tri-Rail train can be obtained through the FLL Website and choosing Parking and Transportation-Transportation-Public Transportation then clicking on Tri-Rail. Rider Information will show you schedule to MIA.
 
Shuttle Guests  - Once you have retrieved your luggage, proceed to American Airlines Baggage Claim  Point "C-22".  At that location, you should see an EPE staff member, with an EPE ID Badge and holding up an EPE logo/sign.  This staff member will direct you to the shuttle.  Shuttle service will run between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.  If your flight arrives later than 1:00 pm, guests must arrange their own transportation.  In cases of delays, EPE will know and make an attempt to provide service for you, but cannot guarantee it.  This is why it was important to provide flight information, so that we may monitor your travel.  IF YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED YOUR TRAVEL ITINERARY, PLEASE SEND IT IMMEDIATELY TO TRAVEL@EBONYPYRAMDONLINE.COM.
 
Lodging  - The host resort is listed on the website with all pertinent information and pictures.  The host resort is The Deauville Beach Resort / 6701 Collins Avenue/Miami Beach, FL 33141.  The phone number to the resort is (305) 865-8511.  Once you arrive to the resort, proceed directly to the registration desk and check in. REMINDER: You should have already booked your hotel room. Guests were required to make their own reservations.

  
EPE Check-in  - Once you have completed your check-in at the resort, proceed to the EPE Registration Table (which is located in the lobby area.  Each guest must personally check-in with EPE to receive their information and to provide their room number to the EPE staff.  Gold and Platinum Guests will be directed to the VIP Suite for their check in. (NO ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED TO CRUISE ONLY GUESTS).
 
Activities & Itinerary  - Will be provided upon check-in with EPE.
 
If you have any type of emergency during your travel, Please contact our Toll Free Number (866) 473-5033.  If it deals with late flights or shuttle service contact the Operations Dept.  If you need to contact the EPE Registration Table/MIA HQ at the resort call EPE Toll Free Number and press "0" or call the hotel (305) 865-8511 and ask for EPE.

Pre-Cruise Guests  - Must check out of the hotel by designated time.  Guests must load their luggage onto the motor coach and be prepared to depart at designated time.  Guests should have already provided their baggage /bus tips during check-in so that tips can be provided to the bus driver and port porters.    
 
Cruise Only Guests  - If you arrive at the airport (MIA or FLL) on the day of the cruise, you will see Carnival Cruise Lines (CCL) staff directing you to transportation to the port, at a cost.  If you cannot locate a CCL representative, you may simply take a taxi or shuttle service (at your expense) to the Port of Miami.  If you have any questions prior to CCL Check-in an EPE staff member will be at the entrance of the boarding office, to provide Cruise Only guests with assitance.   
 
On-Board Bon Voyage Reception  - Will begin at approximately 6:00 pm in the Xanadu Lounge.  At this point, all guests should be in white attire for the reception and dinner.  Dinner for EPE is reserved and begins at 8:15 pm.
 
Activities & Itinerary  - Will be briefed during onboard opening ceremonies.

Fashion Show  - The Fashion show that was scheduled for Wednesday night has been changed.  Instead of the Fashion Show, a break, and then the Pajama Party, there will just be the "PaJammin Party" (pajama party) featuring a Fashion Showcase. So, there will be no need to prepare an outfit for the previously scheduled fashion show.  If you are interested in being a model in the fashion showcase, please reply to this email with your stats (height, female size, male waist, and cup size).  

 
Rental Car  - For your convenience, EPE has secured a rental car company on property of the Deauville Beach Resort.  Our Rental Car Partner is Budget Rent A Car.  When making your reservation, you may pick up your car at the airport and drop it off on Friday at the hotel, instead of having to drive all the way back to the airport and taking an airport shuttle to the port.  When booking your reservation, please use the EPE Discount Code of U068030.
