The Programs and Operations Division oversees three Ebony Pyramid Entertainment departments, Project Destination Pride, The Gay and Lesbians Organized to Benefit A Life (GLOBAL) Affair,  and Entertainment and Pageantry.  The division is responsible for ensuring that Ebony Pyramid Entertainment program operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources and program services are provided to customers.  The division is also responsible for implementation and management of policies and strategies developed by the President and/or the Senior Executive Staff.
