Name Change Request

Switching Name of Registered Guest to New Person

Step 1: 

Name change only applies to one guest for one guest. Name change does not cover the Pre-Cruise.  Name changes cannot be done for all occupants in the cabin to be replaced with new guests.  To request a Name Change, complete a New EPE Online Registration Form with New Guest's Information.  Ensure that you complete the form AS REQUESTED. If not, request will not be processed.  Complete the form and when the Confirmation Page appears, ensure that you have completed all the information as requested. If everything is correct, print the screen, click "I Accept" and ignore the rest of the pages from there and go to Step 2 below.

Step 2: 

Now you make the payment for the Name Change.  Payments for Name Change can only be done online using Pay Pal.  Click on the Pay Pal icon below for payment.  It will take you to the Pay Pal website payment screen with the payment amount and "Name Change" subject line.  Follow the instructions for payment. IMPORTANT: When making the payment, in the note/memo section, please list the name of the old guest and the name of the guest replacing them.  Print the screen for your record.

* Price subject to change.  Please ensure that you choose the right payment for the right date.  If wrong payment amount is chosen an additional $100 will be assessed. No eChecks accepted.

Step 3: 

Please ensure that the new guest is aware of all of the EPE guidelines provided.  Please make sure that the new guest has signed the Statement of Understanding and fax to 202-355-6482, within 24 hours after the payment of the request. 

Step 4: 

If you or the new guest has not received a confirmation of the change within two (2) days, submit an email to Cruise@ebonypyramidonline.com to inquire about the status.  If after sending the email and a day has past, call EPE Toll Free at 1-866-473-5033 extension "0" and inquire about the change.  Please have all of your documents with you when you call.
