Below is the information on booking the Ebony Pyramid Entertainment 12th Annual Black Gay & Lesbian Pride: Caribbean Cruisin', scheduled October 7 - 13, 2011. EPE cabins must be booked through EPE booking agency, in order to receive activities hosted by EPE. There are 4 Event Items guests must pay for. At this point, the cruise portion has to be paid in full. This means that guests will not be affected by other guests failure to meet payment plan obligations. Guests must book their cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines, through the EPE website. Guests must use this EPE process, in order to purchase the EPE Event Passes.

There are two EPE Event Passes:

1) EPE Pre-Cruise Pass

2)EPE Cruise Pass

These passes cover the activities and events produced by EPE. Guests must book their cruise using the EPE code in order to purchase the EPE Event Passes.

For guests that purchase the EPE Pre-Cruise Pass, they must pay for their hotel room directly, using the EPE reservation code. If Guests book a host hotel room and did not purchase the EPE Pre-Cruise Pass, EPE will notify the host hotel to remove the rate and charge the guest regular price.

Air Travel & Other Transportation

Guests are required to secure their own transportation to New Orleans, LA (departure port). EPE is not required to provide or make any arrangements for guests transportation needs. In some cases, EPE will offer transportation, at a cost. It is suggested that guests secure their transportation to New Orleans as early as possible, to avoid higher fares.

NOTE: The EPE Event Pass payments go to cover the operations cost of EPE, staff and entertainers lodging and cruise, entertainers cost, facilities, events, productions, and other event related expenses. The sale of passes will dictate the events. Should not enough passes be sold some staff, entertainers, and events will be eliminated.
