One subject EPE likes to avoid is weather. The weather can be our best friend or our worst enemy. In the event of extreme weather conditions, EPE will not address anything until Carnival Cruise Lines (CCL) advises EPE. In the event that CCL cancels the cruise, EPE is not liable for any expenses to the guest. CCL may provide vouchers or refunds to the guests, but please note that any amount provided by CCL will be minus the mark up done by EPE that paid for other expenses. No refunds will be provided for lodging expenses or EPE Pre-Cruise packages in New Orleans. This clause is covered in the Statement of Understanding (SOU). NOTE: EPE will not discuss this issue at any time with the guest, unless it has been determined by CCL to cancel. Please do not ask any questions on this matter, prior to. DON'T JINKS US. Thank you.
