How To Change Your Reservation, If You Did Not Book EPE:

Carnival Cruise Lines (CCL): If you booked with Carnival Cruise Lines, you may cancel up to July 9, 2007 and receive a FULL Refund (please check with CCL for more details)

Travel Agencies: If you booked using a travel agency, you may request a full refund. The travel agency may require you pay a penalty or surcharge. If you have to pay a penalty or surcharge, provide the receipt to EPE and EPE will provide you with a credit of up to $25 to change your booking to EPE

Other: If you booked with another agency or promoter, find out what the cancellation policy is and email EPE (cruise@ebonypyramidonline.com) and EPE will work out some arrangements. Guests must provide the full invoice and statements at the time of request
