IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ

If you purchased the EPE Pre-Cruise Pass, you are required to book and pay for your own host hotel accommodations.  EPE Pre-Cruise guests must book using the Ebony Pyramid code.  If EPE Pre-Cruise guests do not book under the Ebony Pyramid code or use other booking sources, then their EPE Pre-Cruise Pass will be voided (without refund).  This means that transportation, events, and other EPE Pre-Cruise amenities will not be provided to the guests that use outside bookings. Please understand that the contract with the hotel relies on our guest booking with our code for us to receive the group benefits.  EPE will receive a hotel booking roster to confirm bookings.  If you have a double, triple, or quad cabin, then only one guest needs to book the hotel and EPE will assume that all other guests are in that hotel room.  If you have a single cabin, then EPE will expect that the guest will be in a single hotel room.  Hotel rooms should be reserved within 10 days after the announcement of the host hotel site or within 10 days after guest deposit has been made.  Questions about this policy should be directed to Cruise@ebonypyramidonline.com.
